She loves her work because it gives her the chance to help organizations evolve and create environments where their people can shine. Before joining Brilliant Ink, she spent time in-house within HR, communications, benefits, training, change management and recruiting. She’s also the proud mama of a feisty two-year-old and two rescue pups.
