Through the development of the employee value proposition, it was apparent that to drive the employee and the patient experience and the internal and external brands, it needed to leverage the ideas of its employees.
By highlighting the stories of employees’ solutions via story telling platforms, innovation contests and front-line solution sessions, Northwell Health is more poised to design extraordinary experiences through:

- Harnessing the power and ideas of employees can quickly drive and sustain organizational results
