Armed with the strategies and ideas discussed throughout the conference, we’ll launch into an exciting mini “hackathon.” Participants will be divided into small teams, each with a specific employee engagement challenge. Each team will have 20 minutes to discuss their challenge statement and design a solution.

When time’s up, each team will have 3 minutes to present their concept, and we’ll select a winner – but everyone’s a winner because they’ll walk away with tools and ideas to bring back to their work, and we’ll share a summary of the solutions with all participants as a follow-up.
